Best Eufy Robot Vacuums Compared (2026) – S Series, X Series & Budget Models

Hi Laura. This is a model I have never heard about before. A quick search tells me that it is very similar to the RoboVac G20, it looks the same and has the same specifications. I take that the G15 and G20 are made for different markets, but the two are basically the same model.

Forgot to say, mapping is not required, and the "random bounce" logic is fine.

A very hard choice tbh. You might find a eufy G30 Edge with a discount or C30 Max. Those two come with a magnetic boundary. But battery life might not be enough to cover such a big space.

I am not sure what you can get for such a price if it's not with magnetic stripes. All Roombas for the price have an even smaller battery. No-Go zones are only presented in more expensive models.

Hi there, as far as I know, the robots have more issues with black carpets other than tile. Most robots see it as a drop-off and the eufy is no exception.
However, I believe with a tile it should not be problem tho I haven't tested myself as my tile is just brown, not very dark.

Hi there, I would suggest getting a Max version as it has stronger suction and is only like $20 more expensive than the 11S especially if there are any carpets or a dog.

1. The gyroscope-guided robots do not have such function as a room cleaning or zoned cleaning as they do not save a created map. As a result, they don't know where to clean the next time. So all you can do is to run the robot in a closed room and then manually dock it back.

2. If you run the robot with mopping attachments on, it would do mopping and sweeping at the same time. If you remove the water tank, the robot would only do vacuuming. So basically with mopping attachments, the robot does cleaning 2-in-1 (vacuum + mop). If you have carpets, you'd have to use virtual boundaries only the G30 Hybrid supports.

3. The eufy G10 and G30 Hybrid come with a separate dustbin and water tank. When you remove the water tank, the robot would only do vacuuming.

4. Yes, the eufy robots that have an electronic water tank which means, you can control water level output. Normally there are three modes, low, medium and high.

Hi Barbara, good question :) You are right, the boundary strips and magnetic strips are the same things. The models that include one in the box have a sensor that recognizes the strips. The models lacking the boundary tapes cannot recognize one as they lack the sensor.

The magnetic tapes are designed to block the robot from certain places. For example, a zone where the robot can potentially get stuck ie has cords on the floor, or pet's places can be covered with the strips and your Eufy would not cross that area.

As to falling down the stairs, all robots have cliff sensors that prevent them from drop-offs.

Hi Tatiana, I have never tested a eufy but from what I can say, the G series always starts a new map. That's how gyroscope-based robots work. The L series saves a map after cleaning so the next time it starts cleaning, it would already have the map. The Lidar-guided robots complete a map after every cleaning, you don't have to run it 10 times to get the mapping done.

Hi Canan, I just figured Eufy has released a new model, the G30 Verge :) From what I can say based on specs, it has a new Path Tracking Sensor which makes navigation more efficient. With that sensor, the robot does not get confused as easily and creates a more precise map.

Compared to the 11S Max, the G30 Verge has a purposeful cleaning pattern so it does not miss a spot when cleans. Other specifications seem to be the same; in terms of cleaning performance, both do the job but the G30 Verge would cover the whole area while the 11S Max randomly bounces around missing some spots as it does not remember where it needs to clean.

The 30C Max is a great choice especially for the price now, it's $199.99 I believe. For a big space, those that do not map might get lost and never get to some spots but go over other areas twice or three times as the robot does not know where to clean. On the other hand, it supports magnetic tapes which would be useful for you.

The G30 is a better option for a big cleaning area as it follows a back-and-forth navigation pattern instead of randomly bouncing around. It would know where to clean or where it already cleaned so there are fewer chances to miss some areas. But it does not support boundary strips, it does not have detection so you can't buy them optionally too.
You can get the G30 Edge but it does not have a Black Friday discount tho the model supports boundary strips.

If you need boundary strips more than mapping so the C30 Max is a great buy. Especially when it's as cheap as now. Run it every other day so it will go across those areas it missed last time. If you are going to use it once a week, I would suggest getting something with mapping.

The "C" series do not have mapping, the "G" and "L" series do :)

I would say that for your home, one of these three would be the best choice.

This Wyze looks similar to the Xiaomi Mop P but without mopping. If so, it might have a similar cleaning performance. After reviewing the Mop P it was clear that the robot is not suitable for carpets but does a good job on hard floors. So if you don't have carpets, the Wyze might be good for you.

Side note: I know nothing about the company and customer support as well as where to buy additional accessories.

For such a big home I would recommend going with a robot that has mapping as it does not get lost in a large area. The 15C Max might work in one room twice and never get to the other room as it does not remember your home layout and simply runs around until its battery dies. It also does not have a big battery to cover a large area. But the price is good. If you are not going to run it over the whole house at once it might work for you.

The L70, on the other hand, has a large battery and is Lidar-guided which means it would know your floors and where it cleans so the robot does not get lost. It most likely would be able to cover the whole area on one charge and even if it does not, it would power up and then continue cleaning until the cleaning is complete.

Considering the size of your main floor, I would recommend a model with mapping over the models with a random cleaning pattern. Robot vacuums with mapping build a map of your house, they know where they already cleaned, and find the dock much faster since they know where it is located. Eufy has three models with mapping: L70 Hybrid, G30, and G10 Hybrid.

The G10 has a small battery and would not cover the whole area on one charge.
The G30 has a bigger battery but might not be enough for such size.
I would suggest getting the L70 Hybrid as it is Lidar-guided, has a bigger battery and is the most efficient among the others which helps it to finish cleaning faster. It also has the strongest suction which definitely helps with pet hair.

If you want to run the machine in different rooms, you might get one of those G series and close the doors so it won't leave the room it has to clean as you would not be able to set room cleaning for those two. The L70 tho has such an option, so you don't have to block the rooms manually.

The randomly-bouncing models most likely would not cover the whole cleaning area unlike the ones with mapping.

As to the automatically finding the docking station when done, all robots can do this. Nowadays, it relates to all robots that come with a docking station.

Hi Slavisa, the L70 has a cleaning brush with detachable side tips which makes it easy to clean off tangled long hair :) I personally love such rollers, those are essential for someone with long hair like me.

Thanks for your quick reply. I would rather go with Xiaomi Mijia 1C for my first robot, but the only thing that bothers me is the non-detachable side tips. Which model is best suitable for 65sqm flat (30% carpets, 60% parquet, 10% tiles)by your opinion, low/Mid class robot? I really like c1 for all it has(small thickness so it can reach under kitchen cabinets), I'm just worried about his side tips...

The Xiaomi MiJia 1C is a great vacuum for such size and surface. I would go for it even though it does not have detachable side tips. It would take a bit longer to get the edges clean but the robot itself totally worth it.

Maybe Roborock S5 Max is the best model for me?

The Roborock S5 Max is an absolutely amazing product which costs like twice as much as the Xiaomi. But if you can afford that, the S5 Max would be a good buy.

Hi Debi, the eufy 15C Max does not support boundary strips. Only those that have it in the box are compatible with the strips.
How about considering the G series? It is based on a gyroscope and is more efficient than the others.

Hi, Marcello thank you :) For homes with lots of furniture I would recommend a robot with a purposeful cleaning pattern. In this scenario, the robot would not miss any area. Besides, if you have dogs, the randomly-moving robot might not pick up all pet hair because of the same purpose.
I would recommend going with a gyroscope-guided robot as it is more efficient and likely to finish cleaning faster.

I would say if you have found something like the 25C this cheap, go for it. The strips are good to have but you probably will not use them as much as you think you would.
Those are good to use in areas like around your dog's bowl or where you have lots of cords, the areas where the robot can possibly get stuck.

If you feel like the 25C meets your needs, get this one at Walmart, the price is really good.

I would suggest the 360 S6 Pro but it is not available on Amazon yet you can get in from Gearbest.
Another deal is the DEEBOT 711 but it is not the best with carpets especially if your parents have medium-pile ones.
As to the Eufy, have a look at the 15C Max. Yes, it moves randomly but if your parents run it every other day missing spots would not be an issue.

Hi Jennifer, the 15C Max would be a good choice for your home. Keep in mind, it can only climb a 16 mm / 0.63 in obstacle so if your carpets are thicker it might not get onto one. This model bounces around pretty much randomly which means it does not remember where it has been and doesn't know the location of the baseboards so it might occasionally bump into them. You can't avoid it but it doesn't mean the robot will do so every other time it cleans. Does that help?

So far so good! The robot doesn’t go near the baseboards like I thought it would and when it does it seems to sense it before it bangs against it. It does great on the area rugs and carpets too. So far I’m loving it! Thanks again! :)

Hi Camila. Eufy has two cleaners that are hybrid: the Eufy G10 Hybrid and L70 Hybrid. The G10 is not recommended for carpets. By reading customers reviews on Amazon, I assumed that this is not the best company's cleaner.
If you are not ready to spend more on the L70 Hybrid, maybe have a look at the Roborock Xiaowa E2, it is a good vacuum and is a good mop too, has better sellers rate, and overall better cleaning performance.

Having vs. no having WiFi depends on you. These models do not give you a lot of options to do with the app so you are not missing a lot, you can start/stop and schedule it. I rarely use the manual moving option tho. If you want to control the robot from your phone, get the Wi-Fi capable model, if you are okay with the remote control only, go with any other but a "C" model.

If you have a large dog who sheds a lot I would suggest getting a powerful (any "Max") model because it needs to be capable of picking up lots of dog hair especially on the rugs. The more powerful the better so I would keep at eye on something that has stronger suction.

The 11S Max and 15C Max are very similar models with the only WiFi capability so maybe consider getting one of these.
If you get something with 1,500 Pa it would also be a good choice but be ready to run it more often.

Hi there,

The manufacturer claims it makes 55 dB of noise and it can be true. Some robots have the same suction power but different noise level so I believe the 2,000 Pa robots are not louder than those which deliver 1,500 Pa.

If you want a powerful robot vacuum it will be louder than an average robot in any case but the Eufy robots are one of the quietest models out there.

I believe it is the same model just named differently since they have the same specifications and by how they can release many models that are very similar, I concluded I'm right about this one. I didn't find any extra-features the 12 or 15T have, maybe I wasn't really going deeply about that but I wouldn't be surprised if these two are about the same.

I called customer service and they said the only difference between them is the cover: 12 is covered with tempered glass and 15T isnt... but in spects they are the same!

None of the Eufy robots have mapping except for the latest L70, you are absolutely right! Have a look at the Eufy 11S review, it randomly bounces around with no visible algorithm. Gyro-based machines normally follow a back-and-forth pattern thus covering the whole area while random robots might miss some spots because they do not learn your floor layout.
Even though they do not have any mapping technology, the Eufy cleaners are still the best for the price among many budget models, so I highly recommend getting on of those if you don't want to spend more on a Laser-based model.

In short: the Eufy 25C has one of the strongest suction power as well as the Eufy 30, Eufy 30C and Eufy 35C. It supports Wi-Fi, which means you can control it from your phone, but it does not have a magnetic tape in the box. The Eufy 30C and 35C have magnetic tapes in the box (13.2 ft vs. 6.6 ft). Suitable for bare and carpet flooring but will not provide deeper cleaning on medium-pile carpets. The Eufy 25C is also integrated with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

You can also have a look at the latest Eufy RoboVac 11S MAX, it is the most powerful of all models and costs around $270.
