Q: Mine stops every 30 seconds with "Fan is abnormal" warning. Has anyone had similar issues?

A: I have the following alert after it finishes a clean and returns to the home unit after it cleans the dust canister. "Please check whether the dust collector cover is not covered back or the fan is not working". I have cleaned the filters, checked to make sure that there is nothing obstructing the path to the dust bag and have put a new bag in. Still have the same alert message.
