Follow up on my earlier review. Support eventually sent me replacement wheel. When I realized I requested the wrong wheel according to the error message (same problem persisted) which indicated it was the opposite side of what I had replaced, they were kind enough to send the other wheel without charge. They initially sent a brush part by mistake, but eventually I got the second wheel also. The error message says "wheel overload" and the bot spins in a circle counterclockwise. After having replaced both wheels, apparently "wheel overload" is not fixed by replacing both wheel assemblies. I really liked the features of this model, but if I can't get it running again, I don't think I'll need another one. These machines are complex, perhaps approaching that of a Tesla sedan. Not sure if spending $1200 on a Makita model would be any better. Guess I'll have to push the electric broom a while longer.

Bought in October. Stopped working in May. A-Side wheel stopped functioning. Contacting support left message took 24 hours for return call, then they directed me to their website return form. To conform to warranty rules, you have to have all packaging and parts and pay the return shipping about $30 (not refunded). Replacement parts are not available anywhere to purchase. Nice design and operation, but for $200 I expect to be able to get parts or local service. Sorry, I won't be buying another one of these and I am very disappointed that it only worked for 7 months.
