Xiaomi Vacuum 1C issue after 3.5.8_1110 firmware update

Hi..want to us, anyone facing problem after udpate the latest firmware version 3.5.8_1110 at your Vacuum 1c?. last week after udpate this version firmware, my vacuum move weirdly and failed to complete the task, do stupid moving backward harshly. really bad the way its moving. when we ask to clean at specific area, my vacuum failed to find that area and then failed to comeback to the Dock for charging. not happen before we udpate the firmware..Already email and report to xiaomi service centre but they never reply my email. how to solve this issue since xiaomi service team not really want to help.

Unfortunately, it's a common issue with the 3.5.8_1110 firmware. I would suggest trying a hard factory reset the robot or restore the previous OTA update.
To restore the previous firmware, you need to enter into the hidden engineering menu:
1. Log out from the Mi Home app close it.
2. Open the app again and log in to your account.
3. Choose the robot in the app and press a button with three dots in the top right corner.
4. Open cleaning history and tap 10 times on top area of the history list.
5. A list with firmware should appear where you can choose the previous version.

For me it only appears some properties when I enter this menu.. not the list of firmwares :/

I didn't try this method by myself, so better to check the link to another forum in my comment above, some guys shared steps that help them to access the firmware menu.

Solved: I excluded the device from my account, logged off, excluded cache of the app, reopen and logged with China region, paired the device and it updated automatically to firmware 4.1.8_1118. it's perfect now.
