Yes but no. The Dreame has a cleaning brush so it vacuums as it mops which the Narwal lacks. Another thing is suction, the Dreame has 4,000 Pa vs. 1,800 Pa and also cares a slightly bigger dustbin.
Battery life is longer too as it has a bigger battery (6400 vs. 5800 mAh). The Dreame recognizes carpets and boosts suction when steps on one.

Since I haven't tested the W10 but did so with other Dreame robots, I assume the app is well-built too when the Narwal definitely needs some polishment.

Hi Nikolaj, thank you :) I haven't tried it myself but I believe it should work if you use two devices. One phone to share the internet and the Mi Home app should be installed on the second phone. Should work this way but I have never tried it.

I succeeded in getting it to work!
I turned on the hotspot on my phone, turned on my old spare phone (without Simcard), connected it to the WiFi from the hotspot, and downloaded the Xiaomi Home app.

The app was able to find and connect with the Dreame F9 Vacuum, and I am now able to use my old spare phone to something useful - as an advanced remote control (with build-in app).

Subsequently, I was actually able to connect my new/everyday phone (with hotspot running) to the Vacuum as well, so I guess you only need two separate devices for setup the first time.
