Hi there, the ECOVACS DEEBOT 900 is a good option. It is Lidar-guided and has a good price for such features. The 360 C50 is one of the best for the price, you can read my review. It does a good job on carpets and hard floors. The Coredy R650 is also good but not suitable for thicker carpets.

If you don't have medium-pile carpets and have a complex layout, go with the DEEBOT 900. If you want a small robot vacuum with decent cleaning performance, get the 360 C50.

Forgot to mention the Xiaomi MiJia 1C which would be the best for under $200. You can read the review here. Can work on both carpet and hard floor and also has mopping.
