Question 4: Does it work in a two or three story house?

Answer: The Roomba s9+ stores up to 10 different floor plans. If the robot already created and saved the second floor map, it will have no issues recognizing its location if being manually placed upstairs. The only thing to keep in mind, the Roomba s9+ will not return to the dock if the robot is on the second floor and the base is downstairs. The solution might be if you buy another charging dock for the second floor.
