Deebot X11 OmniCyclone vs. Mova Z60 Ultra Roller Complete

Ecovacs has added a new addition to its premium X Lineup, the X11 OmniCyclone, the robot with an absolutely gorgeous station and a bagless design. However, Mova released its newest robot, the Z60 Ultra Roller Complete. Let's discuss these two.

Mopping technology

The two robots have a similar mopping system that contains: two onboard tanks, for clean and dirty water, and a fluffy roller.

The station fills the clean water tank with hot (or temperature-controlled) water, rinsing the mop while removing dirty water to minimize cross-contamination.

The system keeps the roller clean in real-time as the robot mops.

The newest mopping system consumes less water compared to competitors, thanks to the dual water tank system and a consistently clean roller.

Both robots have advanced stain detection. For light stains, it performs a quick re-mop. For tougher messes, it activates Deep Re-mop Mode.

When the robot returns to the station, the roller gets washed with heated water and dried with hot air.

Self-cleaning station features:

  • Auto-emptying
  • Washing the roller
  • Drying the roller
  • Auto-filling (dual) solution
  • Filling the water container
  • Self-cleaning
  • Dirt detection
  • Auto-dirty water tank collection

Compared to the Mova, the newest X11 OmniCyclone comes with a bagless station, which saves up to 25 bags in 5 years.

DEEBOT X11 OmniCyclone

Dual cleaning solution refill for stubborn stains

Fast charging | Bagless design

Super-burst charging restores 6% battery in 3 minutes. The bagless design sets you free from switching disposable bags, saving up to 25 bags in 5 years.

Cleaning mechanics upgrades (over the DEEBOT X9 Pro):

  1. Super-fast charging, which keeps the battery charge level enough to finish the job.
  2. Bagless design, so you don't have to buy bags.
  3. Higher airflow ensures better vacuuming performance.
  4. TruePass allows passing over higher obstacles.

Blast technology is powered by a 100W high-performance fan and a 6400mAh Battery. The DEEBOT generates 18L/s airflow with 19,500Pa suction power, achieving a 140% boost in fine dust removal, a 262% boost in hair removal, and a 100% large particle pick-up rate.

Blast technology ensures better vacuuming performance

The newest TruePass Adaptive 4 Wheel Drive Climbing system activates mechanical climbing claws so the robot can easily pass over single thresholds as high as 0.94 inches, as well as various thresholds and sliding door tracks up to 1.57 inches high.

Higher obstacle crossing performance thanks to TruePass technology

Mopping upgrades (over the DEEBOT X9 Pro):

  • 200% longer edge reach
  • 2 edge gliding wheels
  • high-density roller
  • dual solution refill for daily jobs and tough stains
  • AI stain detection
  • TrueEdge 3.0

Double-effect cleaning solution: the heavy-duty solution is specially designed for areas prone to heavy grease buildup, such as kitchens and dining rooms. The station will automatically switch to the heavy-duty formula after cleaning to deep-wash the roller mop.

The robot intelligently lifts the side brush, roller, or the OZMO roller, depending on the cleaning task.

MOVA

Smart Dirt Detection 2.0 checks the water to identify stains and provides a deep clean. This tech can tell apart solids, liquids, or a mix, making sure every spot is gone for a perfect clean.

Top-Tier

Z60 Ultra Roller Complete

Climbs higher steps | New mopping technology

Hides the LDS tower under furniture | has a dual roller system

Depending on cleaning tasks, the robot lifts the roller, mopping pads, and a side brush. It uses two rollers.

When detecting low obstacles, such as a shag rug, it automatically lifts the entire chassis for a smoother glide, helping to avoid dragging and missing debris.

AI-Powered LiftPro Chassis lift the robot on carpet

The robot features a two-roller system that helps maintain hair tangle-free and efficiently cleans both carpet and hard floor surfaces.

The new mopping system is known for its efficiency, and it consumes less water compared to the rotating pad system.

Since it retracts the LDS tower under furniture, it gets shorter compared to the DEEBOT X11.

AutoShield detects carpets, retracts the mop, and deploys shields to block moisture

The Mova covers the roller on carpet

Compared to the DEEBOT, the Mova knows up to 200+ types of obstacles to avoid.

To sum up

The two robots have similar cleaning mechanics, mopping systems, and navigation.

The Mova seems to know more objects to avoid and has smoother navigation. It also has retractable legs for a better climbing ability and retractable LDS, which makes the body shorter in tight spaces.

One of the main things about the robots is their AutoShield, which prevents the carpets from getting moist in mopping mode.

On the other hand, the DEEBOT X11 OmniCyclone features the newer bagless design station and Blast technology, which seems to have a higher airflow for better carpet cleaning (or at least, this is what the manufacturer claims).

The best way is to choose one of these based on its look. Both have similar specifications and features, and both are premium robots. One covers a mopping roller on carpet, while the other one doesn't require disposable bags.
