I have this S5 Max. Great vacuum & cleaner. It lacks 2 things today:
- It lacks integration with Alexa or Google Home. See the numerous people trying and not getting it.
- true multi-floor support. It is able to memorize only 1 map. If you bring it on another level, it will discover it. And you can bring it back to your main level and recall the map. But not way today to record more than one map. Every new map modified will recover the previous one edited.

No Alexa nor Google Home integration. See the numerous people trying and not getting it. I have this S5 Max. Great vacuum & cleaner. It lacks 2 things today:
- Integration with Alexa or Google Home does not work yet.
