The two robots have some similar features. Both can mop, sweep, mop and sweep at the same time. The microfiber pads are washable and disposable. You can wash it in the washing machine if needed.
Each robot notifies when the bin is full so you know when it needed to be cleaned.
The Roborock S6 can be controlled via the Roborock and Mi Home apps. The DEEBOT OZMO 950 has the ECOVACS app. The robots have some similar features such as no-go zones, zoned cleaning, room cleaning, real-time tracking, etc.

App Features:
- No-go zones. Keeps the robot off some places it should not go to prevent it from trapping, sucking up small toys, etc.

- Zoned cleaning. In order to make the robot clean a particular area, you can set zoned cleaning.
- Room cleaning. To run the robot in a certain room or two instead of the whole home at once.
- Real-time tracking. It allows you to see the robot's movements in real-time.
- Multifloor support. The Roborock saves up to 4 floors maps, the DEEBOT — 3.
Each app also has other features, these are the main options you might use the most.
We should point out that the ECOVACS app can be buggy and loses some data. The Mi Home and Roborock apps are more stable.

Smal Navigation: Which robot is more efficient?
Overall, Laser-guided robot vacuums have a similar navigation back-and-forth pattern. However, the Roborock robots are known for their almost perfect navigation. It is efficient, it covers every inch of a cleaning area and what is most important, the robot is gentle with furniture, it never bumps into it and slows down when recognizes one. It is also the fastest robot vacuum that is also efficient.
The Ozmo is not as gentle with furniture, sometimes it does not recognize small objects and may have issues with mirrored furniture.
Water tank/dustbin size
The DEEBOT has a bigger water tank but a slightly smaller dustbin. If you have a big hard floor area to mop, the Ozmo would be more suitable.
Aside from two mopping cloths, the Roborock comes with 10 disposable wipes.
Water level control
The Roborock S6 does not have the ability to set water dripping levels through the app. Instead, it uses a water tank with a switch that you can toggle setting water flow you need (there are two levels).
With the OZMO you can choose water dripping level in the app and you don't have to remove the water tank to toggle the switch. This is more convenient.
Carpet avoidance
Maybe one of the most frequent complaints about the Roborock is lacking no-mop zones (with the latest update, the Roborock S6 supports no-mop zones).
The OZMO has sensors that keep the robot off carpets in mopping mode. It also has no-mop zones you can set if you don't want the robot to mop the carpet. Although the OZMO 950 does avoid carpets in mopping mode, it can not recognize small area rugs so no-mop zones are better to be set anyway.

Battery life: For how long each robot can last?
The OZMO 950 has the longest-lasting battery in the industry. In low power settings, it can go up to 200 minutes on one charge.

If you live in a very big house, the OZMO may be better but even 2.5 hours of the Roborock's battery is normally enough to cover a 250 sq m area.

Multimap support: is the OZMO or Roborock suitable for multi-level houses?
Both robots save more than one map but this feature is in beta in the S6. Now the Roborock S6 saves up to 4 floors maps.
The OZMO 950 also supports multi mapping. It can store up to 3 maps.

Suction Power: Can the robots clean carpets?
On Max Plus power settings, the DEEBOT delivers 1,500 Pa of suction. It is average for a robot vacuum, and it is capable of cleaning low and medium-pile carpets.
The Roborock S6 has 2,000 Pa suction. It has a better pick up ability and performs better on medium-pile carpets.
If your home is covered with low and medium-pile carpets mostly, better go with the Roborock.
Cleaning Brush
Both models have a similar cleaning brush but the OZMO comes with an additional suction inlet. The inlet resists hair tangles and is better to be used on hard floors.
The main brush is solid and can be challenging to maintain.
Overall both cleaners handle pet hair pretty well but the Roborock's brush has detachable side tips that make hair removal much easier.
Noise Level: How loud is the Roborock S6?
Since the Roborock S6 is the top-line product in the model line, it is also the quietest even considering its stronger suction. In fact, it is one of the quietest robot cleaners on the market.

If you do not want to be annoyed with the noise, the Roborock is your choice.
Filtration
The Roborock S6 has a HEPA filter that can be washed with water (we do not recommend doing so often than once a month though).
With the HEPA filter, the S6 is safe for allergy sufferers and asthma sensitive people.
The OZMO's filter is high-efficient but not true HEPA which means it can not remove up to 99.9% of smallest particles and pollens in the air and we would not suggest buying this robot for people who are very sensitive to dust.
No-go zones / No barriers
One of the complaints about the OZMO is lacking no-go barriers. You still can draw a rectangle to keep the robot off some zones but it is not always a choice when you have an asymmetrical-shaped zone.
The Roborock has both types of no-go zones: the rectangle-shaped and barrier tapes.
One customer noticed that the DEEBOT does not charge with mopping attachments on. You have to remove the tank manually and let it dock by itself.
The Roborock does not have this issue.
No-Mop zones
The Roborock S6 does not have (it now does have) no-mop zones, it also has no-go zones that can also be used as a no-no when mopping attachments are on.
The OZMO 950 has both: virtual boundary & no-mop zones.
Warranty
Most of the robots including the OZMO 950 have a one year warranty; the Roborock S6 has a two-year warranty.
To conclude:
The ECOVACS DEEBOT OZMO 950 is a good choice for bigger homes with less furniture, pet owners, and multi-level houses. Also, it might be a better buy if you need to mop a big hard floor area. If your home is has a mixed surface, you need longer battery life to cover a bigger area, you do not suffer from allergy/asthma, the OZMO 950 is for you.
The Roborock S6 would be ideal for those who don't want the operating noise to distract anyone in the house. It also is better for middle pile carpets and some hard floors area. If you want a robot for vacuuming mostly which has a stable app, anyone in your family has an allergy/asthma, consider getting the Roborock S6.
