At CES 2020, Roborock released a new robot vacuum cleaner. The company added a new product to its existing main robot vacuum line-up: the Roborock S6 Pure.
There is not much information but so far we know that the new model has the same Lidar-guided and navigation system, 13 types of sensors, and carpet boost, at a more affordable price point.
It will be available to buy on Amazon in the second quarter of 2020 at a price of around $549.
The company also announced its first cordless vacuum cleaner, the Roborock H6, which is a great addition to a robot vacuum.

I have decided to buy robot vacuum for the first time. Now, my home is a 2 floor house with each floor around 150 sq meter (1615 sq feet?).
I wanna ask for any input / opinion, is it better to buy one premium lidar navigation robot (and place the robot upstairs for one day, downstairs for another day) , or two cheaper "dumb" navigation robot for each floor?
Is lidar navigation really life changing differences compared "dumb" navigation robot?
Since Ecovacs have official representation & service center in my country, I decided to either get one Deebot Ozmo 920 or get two Deebot Ozmo 601 for each floor.

Let's have a look at the Neato and Roborock apps overview made by Jamie Andrews. They both have many similar features, but also some things are more convenient to use in one or another. Let's see what the main differences between the two and what I wish both of them to have in the future are.
The previous generations used physical Virtual Wall Barriers to do so but they were limited and now Roomba supports virtual walls that can be shaped the way you need it. You can set as many Keep Out Zones as you want by using the iHome app.
Not only the m6 gets an update, the Roomba i7+, and s9+ also have it.
iRobot is the first company that has established no-go zones into camera-based robots.

Each feature that a robot vacuum has, increases the score by a certain number of points. How many points a robot vacuum can get for a particular feature? It depends on how important the feature is (in our opinion).
