Question 1: Does the robot work in the dark?
Answer: The Proscenic M7 is a laser-guided robot vacuum, it works very well in a dark environment
Question 2: Can I create zones and name them?
Answer: You can set zones where the robot should clean, but you cannot name them
Question 3: What is the Laser Distance Sensor (LDS)?
Answer: The Laser Distance Sensor can sense the position of the room in all directions, so the robot vacuum cleaner can work even in the dark.
Question 4: Can I schedule the robot to work in different rooms at a specific time?
Answer: You only can schedule the Proscenic to work in the whole house at a specific time.
Question 5: Will it return to the dock to recharge and then resume the cleaning where it left off?
Answer: Yes, the Proscenic M7 resumes cleaning when it's done charging.
Question 6: Can I vacuum and mop separately?
Answer: Yes, the robot does not vacuum and mop at the same time since it has two interchangeable containers.

Answer: Yes, you can track the position in the app in real-time.
Question 8: Can you save maps and how many? Does it avoid carpets when mopping?
Answer: The Proscenic M7 stores one created map. If you want it to avoid carpets in mopping mode, just draw a rectangle around them to let the robot know where it should not clean.
Question 9: How well does the mopping feature work?
Answer: The Proscenic M7 follows a Y-shape path in mopping mode thus causing better performance but it does not remove stubborn stains, however, for everyday cleaning, the robot is just fine.
