I bought this ILife w400 in November after 2 weeks the problems started, this robot was move around in circles and working dry, always stopped and said that the “clean water tank “ had a problem. I called the technical assistance and they told me they would send pictures of how to solve the problem, they never did, I call twice and I still wait for the pictures. They also warned me that this machine has a problem and there is no recall. If have a problem and don't have a recall how that company keep selling? I decided not waiting much longer and I exchange for another one, I thinking that maybe I was lucky, I was not lucky ... only 1 week passed and the problems came back.
